When an Instance experiences high CPU or RAM usage, it is usually due to kernel processes and applications that run directly on the Instance

Our team continuously checks the RAM and CPU use of the physical host, or hypervisor, where Instances are located. However, this use physically cannot cause high CPU or RAM usage within the Instance.
